Designed and installed new deck and stairs using composite materials with stair riser lights on photocell and redwood railing balusters. Repaired house plaster, crawlspace vents and crawlspace access door.  Designed and installed new hardscape including weed barrier, river rock cobblestone and boulder display. Designed and installed new landscaping including soil restoration, water efficient plants and succulents.
