Opened and merged the separate café bistro and bakery customer areas to create one large front-of-the-house serving and seating area. Installed new business office, employee restroom and second customer restroom. Installed new quartz resin flooring in kitchen and bakery work areas and tile throughout the front-of-the-house. Installed new cabinets, countertops and stainless steel. Removed one 5,000 pound oven and relocated another 4,000 pound oven in bakery. Installed new LED recessed lighting, over the counter lighting, pendant lighting, ceiling fans, glass sneeze guards, set kitchen equipment and ducting, repaired and re-certified kitchen fire protection system, and added new plumbing, electrical, lighting, and network cabling. Project was expedited and completed in 7 and half weeks.
