Designed and renovated the exterior and interior of 8 apartments including car port and parking area. Designed and installed custom barbecue island, pergola, tenant storage and bike racks. Demoed and installed new block walls, security gates, security lights and cameras. Repaired and installed new fascia, eves and installed waterproof deck coating. Designed and installed new kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, lighting, vanity and plank flooring in all units. Designed and installed new front entry walkway and landscaping. Repaired and refinished rear car ports, asphalt, re-striped, and custom rolling security gate.
