Removed diseased pine tree, several root stumps and restored planter soil. Designed and installed new hardscape including weed barrier, crushed rock and dog potty area. Designed and installed new partial landscape including irrigation, mulch and an artificial turf area. Designed and replaced existing wood fence and four gates with composite materials. Designed and installed new deck and stairs using composite materials and redwood railing balusters (replaced existing rotted deck). Installed new electrical and sail canopy on deck. Refinished rear patio concrete and paths.  Installed new waterproof coating on second story deck.  Installed two new sliding glass doors.  Repaired damaged house plaster, eves and fascia. Repainted exterior and trim. Designed and installed patio furniture layout.
